Waterloo sheet metal firm cleared in employee death
OSHA concluded Beal's Sheet Metal had no workplace violations after investigating the March death of William Billy Aegerter 34 of Waterloo. The Iowa medical examiner ruled the death accidental from a head injury after a ladder fall. Aegerter had been installing a dust collection system at West High School and was found unconscious near his truck. He died five days later in Iowa City hospital.
