Injunction Allows Access to Sandblasting Equipment Site
Ben L. Halberg obtained a Linn District Court injunction against Ronald E. Moore and Betty J. Moore to allow access to a River Road west of the Cedar River property where Halberg stores sandblasting gear. Halberg said rent of 125 dollars monthly was current, but he had not received proper notice to vacate and faced threats of arrest for trespass. He also contends the blockage harms his S and C Sandblasting Co. business by keeping his equipment from customers.
