CHICAGO AP Arthur Morse a sports promoter and agent for Ed Podolak and other star athletes died at his home Wednesday at age 71 after a cancer illness. Morse, an early sports-figures representative, served since 1963 and counted Dick Butkus Jim Grabowski Ron Johnson Cazzie Russell and Campy Russell among clients. He devised a plan pairing contracts with tax and investment experts, taking a 10 percent fee. His clients were believed to own $21 million in property locally.
