Son of Kansas lawmaker dies at water park

Caleb Schwab, 10, son of state Rep. Scott Schwab, died at Schlitterbahn Kansas City Water Park from a fatal neck injury after riding the Verrückt ride. Police say he was in a three person raft with two unrelated adult women who survived minor injuries. The investigation continues as autopsy results are pending and the park plans to reopen midweek with counselors available.
