Sugar King of Paris Tholomiat Crafts Grand Edible Art
Paris based master Tholomiat, dubbed the sugar king, creates Eiffel Tower sculptures in three sizes for 40 to 200 dollars. A self taught artist with 15 years of trial and error, he molds sugar in a workshop on rue Chateau d EAU and also oversees pastry instruction with the Cordon Bleu. He times pieces for events like Concorde launches and balances baking at dawn with teaching European pastry makers.
