Cedar Rapids officials edge toward tax incentives for Physicians' Clinic of Iowa building a 36 million medical mall at 10th Street and Second Avenue SE. Club co-owners' trials set for fall in Linn County
In Cedar Rapids, co-owners Bryan Bresler and Justin Brown pleaded not guilty to public indecent exposure. Bresler jury trial is scheduled for Oct. 11 and Brown for Nov. 1. They are accused of employing underage dancers at Woody's Show Club with court records noting at least two teens aged 16 and 17 performed last year. Charges were reduced from felony sexual exploitation to misdemeanor due to proof issues about knowledge of filming.
