Amelia 2.0 world premiere dazzles Marion crowd
A capacity 850 packed Collins Road Theatres for the world premiere of Amelia 2.0 directed by Adam Orton. Cedar Rapids star Angela Billman leads as Amelia Summerland in a brain transfer into a robotic body, raising ethical questions amid a cast including Ed Begley Jr and Kate Vernon. The 90 minute sci fi film shot locally in 2014 continues at the multiplex through Thursday with multiple daily showings.
