Judge refuses to drop charge in Marion teacher abuse case
A judge denied a motion to dismiss the charge against Diane Graham a Marion teacher accused of failing to report child abuse in her classroom. The case ties to two Starry Elementary students who reported incidents involving Logan McMurrin and to ongoing lawsuits against Graham and the Marion School District. McMurrin was convicted of multiple counts of sexual abuse in 2016 and remains in custody.
