Homelessness snapshot guides Linn County needs survey
volunteers for the Linn County Continuum of Care compile the twice yearly point in time survey on homelessness. The Jan. 31 count found 606 people in shelters and transitional housing, a 20 percent rise from the previous year, informing funding and expansion plans for relief programs and shelters.
