Fort Dodge eyes inmate help for recyclables program
Fort Dodge officials plan to hire two more inmates from North Central Correctional Facility to collect recyclables and free up full time workers for other tasks. Inmates will be supervised under state policy. they will not replace permanent staff and wages are not paid by the city.
