UI to refund students after Hawk Eye raffle suspension
The University of Iowa offers full refunds to about 700 to 800 students who bought tickets for a Hawk Eye football raffle halted after state raffle law questions. Athletic director Gary Barta and assistant Rick Klatt say refunds will be issued in the original payment method with emphasis on thorough future compliance.

Period of Purple Crying program aims to prevent shaken babies
