Marion man accused of various sex crimes
Marion, Iowa. James A. Olds, 43, faces charges including third degree sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of a minor for alleged acts at his Marion home more than a year ago. He is due in Linn County District Court Friday amid further accusations of indecent exposure and false imprisonment. Edward Vanslyke, 65, from Cedar Rapids admitted guilt to lascivious acts with a child in Mount Vernon, with a May prison term possible after a Oct. 14 sentencing.
