Council Bluffs police say Bernard Flock, 40, an Omaha refinery worker, admitted fatally beating Ida Kennedy, a 60 year old widow. Kennedy was found fully clothed in bed at her tar paper two room house after a fight outside and indoors. furniture broken and blood stains indicate a violent struggle. Power outage hits Cedar Rapids fire station and jail
