Springville man captured in Arkansas on sex abuse charges
U.S. Marshals arrested 24 year old Christopher Stephens in Kensett Arkansas for alleged sexual abuse involving a teenage girl between March and April. Investigators traced the case through Linn County Iowa and he was captured without incident after changing his phone number and leaving his residence.
