The City Council of Cedar Rapids Iowa passed Ordinances 68 77 and 70 77 July 27 1977. Ordinance 68 77 rezones Lot 1 Ken Acres Bland Addition from R 2 to R T while setting site plans drainage and road standards. Ordinance 70 77 adds windshields windows rules with penalties up to 100 fine and 30 days in jail.
