Parents confront district over ex-teacher volunteer case
Dozens of Mid-Prairie parents packed a Saturday school board meeting after learning Trent Yoder, a former teacher with a 1998 conviction for filming a girl in a restroom and 1990s sexual exploitation, volunteered in schools. The district had allowed him to help under conditions, prompting anger, calls for policy reform, and a spokesman hinting at a confidence vote for Superintendent Schneider.
