Keokuk man alleges paralysis after Iowa City hospital epidural
Andrew Leffler, 54, of Keokuk, says a 2002 hospital epidural at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics caused spinal nerve damage and left him permanently disabled after a broken leg. He states he went in for treatment and emerged paralyzed from the waist down.
