Carpetland USA to open at Second City Square Cedar Rapids
Carpetland USA will open in June at 4700 Tama St SE inside Second City Square the former ShopKo site in Cedar Rapids. The store will offer over 100 brand name flooring options across carpet vinyl hardwood laminate tile and stone with a 12 800 square foot footprint in the 120 000 square foot center. The project owned by Gerry Ambrose and Hunter Parks renovates the Lindale Mall area while Midwest Athletic Club takes 44 000 square feet and adds 11 000 for tenants. The Langan Group operates seven other stores in Iowa and Illinois and will own manage this location.
