Jesse Fierstine 32 is charged with assault and removing a pacemaker from his father Charles Fierstine 63 at the latter’s home southeast of Manchester. Deputies found a 6 inch chest wound and exposed wires. the father was in ICU at the University of Iowa Hospitals.
