The Cedar River victim found Monday night is Keith Ludolph 25 of Evansdale. Authorities say there is no foul play suspected as Ludolph had been missing since March 28 when his boat and life jacket were found near Evansdale. The body was recovered about two miles south of Two Rivers Access by a fisherman.
