Sentencing delayed for Cedar Rapids murder suspect Walker Jr.
A judge postponed the sentencing of Duval T. Walker Jr. after jurors found him guilty of first degree murder in the March 17 2023 Marion bar shooting. Defense seeks time to interview a bar witness who told investigators she saw the shooting but was not interviewed. Sentencing is expected to be reset for June.
