Reynolds sues over public records to shield emails
Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds filed a civil suit in Polk County against the Des Moines Register to block release of four adviser emails claimed as executive privilege. The Register argues Iowa code lacks such privilege, urging release of these communications related to Lutheran Services of Iowa and other topics.
