Marion board OK's lease plan for Home School program
Marion school board approved leasing 5328 square feet at the Rural Electric Cooperative building to house the Home School Assistance Program. The five year lease with a possible five year renewal will cost about 66923 dollars annually with Linn-Mar covering 20 percent under a sanitation agreement. Enrollment is projected at 310 for 2000-01, up from 265 this year. The move frees 3400 square feet at Marion High School and enhances scheduling, access, and parking for participating families.
