David L Wilkinson 936 Elevnth street SE was released Tuesday morning from Mercy hospital after a three car crash in front of 1027 C avenue NW Monday afternoon He was knocked unconscious when his car struck a parked vehicle after being rammed from the side at Eleventh street and C avenue NW by a car driven by Mrs Kenneth Seome 250 Eleventh street The impact damaged the parked car owned by Mrs Ronald Parsons 50 feet from its position Wilkinson faced charges of failure to drive at a careful speed and Mrs Davies was charged with failure to yield the right of way.

Seven Vie for Cedar Rapids City Assessor Post
Seven applicants took a state exam Tuesday for Cedar Rapids city assessor to fill the vacancy created by the death of John Newcomb. Acting assessor Wendl W.
