Doudt and Lindsey Learn First Base With Kernels
Cedar Rapids Kernels are using Anthony Doudt and Cordell Lindsey at first base with no prior experience. Manager Tyrone Boykin says both have adjusted quickly as the team reshapes infield roles while remaining focused on learning each game. Doudt moved from catcher to first after a spring training surge, while Lindsey shifted from third to add versatility. Doudt has not committed an error. Lindsey has three errors, one at third.
