Bridge arson suspects linked to Madison County structure

Two teens admitted to setting the Cedar Covered Bridge fire north of Winterset after an investigation showed one suspect Hoff had a personal connection to the bridge. Hoff 17 of West Des Moines and 18-year-old Davis of Norwalk face first degree arson charges. Hoff bond set at 100000 cash.
