Escaped killer escapes hospital by picking leg irons with clip

George Green, condemned to life without parole for a double murder at a restaurant, used a paper clip to pick his leg irons during a hospital visit and fled Baltimore. Three prison guards were suspended for negligence as police hunted the dangerous inmate. the leg irons and clip were recovered outside the hospital.
