An apology from E C Hoover of Checker Motor Supply notes limited Frigidaire displays at the Cedar Rapids refrigeration show with Dayton factory delays. Frigidaire Dayton plant rehiring 6 500 workers but cannot meet demand while a single complete display is shown at 216 First Avenue and a larger one at 600 Second Avenue SE. A separate note mentions a bell for Premier MacDonald to be erected in Lossiemouth Scotland replacing Lossiemouth High Church destroyed by fire.
