Waco Branch Davidians open new church on seventh anniversary
The Branch Davidians dedicated a modest one story church near Waco on the siege’s seventh anniversary. Alex Jones organized a $92 000 fundraising effort with volunteers nationwide. Survivors and relatives gathered with a new flag to honor those who died in the Mount Carmel compound fire. The event comes as relatives pursue a wrongful death suit against the federal government, with trial set for June 19.
