City officials will hold a May 3 public hearing to consider expanding the I-380 overlay district and its design standards to Highways 100 and 30 and Williams Boulevard. Planning Commission recommended extending protections for outdoor storage, parking limits, landscaping, and billboard bans to additional corridors.

Cargill rezoning approved despite neighbor opposition
