Cedar Rapids teen Orlando Straw age 19 pleaded guilty to marijuana use while possessing a handgun. Police found a handgun and marijuana evidence at his home on August 28 and he admitted marijuana use with gun ownership. Conviction could bring up to 10 years in prison, fines, and supervised release.
The driver of the other vehicle was uninjured and faces likely no charges after the accident.
