In Linn District Court Gary L. Harkness 27 Cedar Rapids received 15 days in county jail and up to a year in the penitentiary for second offense drunk driving and escape. Randy Noble 25 Mount Vernon had probation revoked and faces up to 10 years in the reformatory for larceny of a motor vehicle.
