Iowa tax figures show state income tax receipts for the 1960 fiscal year running nearly $2 million under estimates. Total tax and fee collections for the first nine months,\nhowever, exceed 1959 levels. Cigaret and sales taxes rise while Christmas quarter income lags, and interest income jumps dramatically.
