13 Million Disposable Lighters Recalled Over Safety Flaws
The government orders a nationwide recall of about 13 million disposable cigarette lighters due to faulty safety features that fail to deter children under five from starting fires. A 4 year old girl from Portland died last September after a fire started by her mother's lighter. Recalled lighters bear brands BODA BING GIL HAPPY or WAX and say MADE IN CHINA with specific UPC codes. They were sold nationwide from 1998 to 2001 for about $1.

Supreme Court to rule on disability cases under ADA
