Linn County Iowa Board of Supervisors schedules public hearing for April 23 1997 at 8 30 am in the county building Cedar Rapids to determine if Linn County will convey by quitclaim any interest in an unimproved lot in Coggan described as West 1041/2 feet South 15 rods NE 4 NW 4 NE Va 10 86 6 W of the 5th P M Linn County Iowa to James C Knott and Betty Jane Knott. The action follows a 1941 tax deed and a failed 1943 deed to R P Drexler later lost.
