A 21 man 3 woman U S spy plane crew returned to Whidbey Island Naval Air Station after 11 days in China following an April 1 collision with a Chinese fighter jet. Thousands cheered as Lt Shane Osborn led the homecoming and described the incident as handled without apologies.
