Iowa housing authority eyes 30 million bond sale in bid to jumpstart market
Iowa Housing Finance Authority executive director William McNarney said a $30 million to $50 million bond issue could be sold by late June to finance 13 percent loans for families with incomes up to $33,100 and to fund purchases of homes up to $63,510.
