A lighter breakfast bake layers crustless bread with browned turkey breakfast sausage cheddar and parmesan cheeses and a light egg substitute with skim milk. The dish is assembled in a 13x9 pan, refrigerated overnight, baked at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, then served with salsa.
The Iowa Farm Bureau announces a summer cookout contest with county competitions leading to a state final on August 15 at the 2000 Iowa State Fair Grand Concourse.
