ISU cancels VEISHEA after riot and injuries
Iowa State University canceled the remainder of VEISHEA after a Tuesday riot left one student seriously injured and another injured, as a task force will review the event and a decision on its future is planned by year end. Des Moines hospital reported the injured student in stable condition. two arrests were made and further disciplinary actions possible.
