Council selects Kingston Village renovations for flood city rebuild
City will negotiate development deals with five entities for flood hit properties in Kingston Village and New Bohemia. Plans include a mix of retail, offices, and housing in 102 and 120 Third Ave SW and other sites as preservation efforts continue. Agreements require fair market payment with federal funds returning to the government and aim to avoid a bar district or tattoo shops.
