Dubuque Man Charged After Attempted Drowning of Wife
Dubuque County authorities arrested 37 year old Mark W. Dave of 97 Park Drive on first degree burglary third degree kidnapping and assault with intent to inflict serious injury. The case centers on a 4 am incident at Mud Lake Park where Dave allegedly abducted his wife Gol die 32 forced her into a vehicle and dragged her to the Mississippi River twice holding her underwater. She sustained minor injuries and did not seek medical care. Dave is jailed awaiting court.
