The Minnesota Supreme Court ruled invalid the $8 million rural credit bond sale to Carleton D Beh and Co of Des Moines. The decision cites lack of competitive bids and notes the bonds were not turned over as planned. The ruling upholds a temporary injunction against the exchange and preserves the old bonds in safety.
