Student sues college over alleged second rape by host in Japan
Erika Eisenberg, a senior at Earlham College, claims study abroad officials laughed at her rape report by Shoji Shino in Tokyo and delayed police or medical help. She filed suit in Connecticut federal court after Earlham sought to bar suit over a liability waiver.
