Underground Goodsway To Save London Time And Cost

London officials outlined an 80 mile underground goodsway plan at an Industrial Transport luncheon. The electric freight vans would travel in 16 foot tunnels beneath the blue clay, far below passenger tubes, costing about 15 million dollars.
