Open access scheduling rolls out at St. Luke's clinics
In 2004 St. Luke's Physicians and Clinics began offering open access scheduling at Belle Plaine Marion Mt. Vernon and Westside Cedar Rapids clinics. The plan keeps some appointments open each day so patients can see a provider when desired, boosting access and continuity of care.
