Iowa Economist Seeks Corn Grading and Pricing Reform
Iowa State economist Bob Wisner urged changes at a corn quality seminar in Ames. He proposed lowering No 2 moisture from 15.5 to 14 percent, replacing test weight with direct quality tests, and adding a mechanical damage factor to protect exports.
