Woman dies in Linn County crash on Highway 13
Justine M. Bonner 19 of Cedar Rapids died Thursday when her northbound car crossed the median on Highway 13 and rolled. Passenger Rodney Dennis Jr. 18, also of Cedar Rapids, was uninjured. The crash remains under investigation. Bonner and Dennis wore seat belts.
