Passion of Christ procession in St Donatus draws 500
April 5 saw about 500 worshipers in St Donatus northeast Iowa reenact the Passion of Christ along a quarter mile Way of the Cross up the hillside to a chapel. The 14 brick shrines depict scenes from the final hours of Christ and the event echoes Luxembourg origins of the parish founded in 1851.
