Appeals Upheld 2nd Degree Burglary Conviction in Linn County
The Iowa Court of Appeals upheld Kenneth M. Barnes’s second degree burglary conviction, rejecting claims that pretrial identification evidence should have been suppressed due to unpreserved photos.
