Wharton W. N. Shellenbarger president of Farmers State Bank marks 40 years in banking. career started April 1 1928 as assistant cashier at Walford moved to Lone Tree Savings Shellenbarger bank 1930 and became executive vice president of Hartwick State Bank in August 1937. Bank expanded with a new building inaugurated December 18 1967. Reception held Monday by directors and staff.
